2020 VISION
We envision that in 20 years we will have:
- Promoted 2,000 of the most promising initiatives for driving social change.
- At least 5 to 10 of these will be game changers – powerful, successful projects for social innovation that benefit at least a million people’s lives.
- Brought together 1000 of the most promising young visionaries and the greatest experts in the world to offer transformative solutions to some major social problems.
- At least 100,000 young people trained in solution-oriented education; having at least 10,000 young people earn the TRANSFORMx “Changemaker Certification”
- Place at least 5,000 young people in positions of leadership at the nation’s most visionary, innovative, and transformative organizations.
- Increased the proficiency of young people (i.e., showing statistically significant gains in valid, reliable scientific surveys) in numerous skills, including:
- Empathy
- Resilience to adversity
- Win-win conflict resolution
- Altruism
- Social/emotional intelligence
